I have been a personal fitness trainer for over 17 years.  I work with both genders aging from 15 to 65+ which include beginners to Ironman triathletes.  I live a very clean eating lifestyle and do offer advice to my clients in regards to nutrition in order to help them achieve their best results.

At the start of my career weight training was my primary focus.  Then in 2003 I was introduced to the world of endurance sport and trained for and ran the New York City marathon and loved it.  Ever since then I have been pushing my limits competing in numerous marathons and Ironman triathlons.  In April 2013 I ran my first 100 mile ultramarathon.
